液相中壞死性CTC和CEC的免疫熒光染色（用于計數小鼠樣品中人壞死性CTC和CTC）
描述
壞死細胞損害質膜和核膜，導致其核被試劑染色。壞死性CTC與針對額外的上皮細胞標記或其他細胞類型的抗體的共同染色是同時進行的。除了單獨的免疫染色外，還有一種專門用于鑒定壞死性CTC 的新型Necro-iFISH技術。
壞死性CTC的鑒定有助于實時快速評估抗癌藥物對腫瘤細胞的治療效果。
從液體中富集的人類CTC的免疫熒光染色容易，快速。鑒定的細胞具有較亮的熒光強度，可用于計數小鼠樣品中的人類CTC。
